WAHS Community Radio is a 501(c) (3) charity

There are a few ways to sponsor programming and broadcasts at WAHS . Your donations are tax-deductible and help non-profit community radio stations like WAHS fulfill our educational mission for students in many ways such as updating equipment, field trips and web and membership fees. WAHS will acknowledge your gift in one or more on-air announcements.

General Donations are appreciated in any denomination. Please send checks payable to Avondale Education Foundation. Checks can be dropped off at the main office or snail mail to – Attention: WAHS Avondale High School, 2800 Waukegan, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 or use our PayPal link to donate via credit card.

Please enter the amount of the donation and in the note section enter:

"This payment is a donation to WAHS Avondale School District Radio Program"

The PayPal receipt is documentation for your tax deductible donation.

On-air Sponsor Announcements can include the name of your business, organization/family, the services provided, location, contact information, hours of operation and more. Federal Communication Commission regulations, however, do not allow us to include incentives to buy – no prices, superlatives or phrases that urge action, such as “buy this,” or “go to this sale.”
